This is me, Revnic Gheorghe.
And now about the work: we pasteurize the products at the end in the bread oven.
Due to this operation, we do not use preservatives.
We also produce: natural apple vinegar, plum vinegar, rose vinegar, cold-pressed extra virgin sunflower oil, linseed and walnut (for now).
We also sell other types of extra virgin oils.
Finally, our piece of resistance: ZACUSCA WITH EGGPLANT, my own recipe, not from my mother, not from my grandmother, or from other acquaintances.
Conceived, prepared and tested by me.We exploit very efficiently the 580 square meters of garden where we planted blackberries on the trellis, roses for sweetness and a multitude of aromatic plants.The company sc KEKA srl holds sanitary-veterinary documents for the safety of food products, of the production space intended for the processing of vegetables and fruits, from the Sanitary and Veterinary Directorate, Timis.
This obliges us to be fair and serious.
